Eyal, a native South Floridian, began his career in real estate as a commercial sales agent, where he learned the value of local market knowledge and the importance of creating innovative and competitive product offerings. Building on this foundation, he made the transition to the real estate development industry in 2008.

Eyal has had a primary role in identifying and analyzing new investment opportunities, as well as the project design, construction management, marketing, leasing and sales of existing projects.  

​Eyal is a Certified General Contractor, licensed Real Estate Broker and Realtor, and is a graduate of both Boston University's School of Management and New York University's Schack Institute of Real Estate.
